We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients. Please take a moment to read through our policy for cancellations, reschedules, and refunds:

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us directly at 702-900-6422 as soon as possible.

• Please note that prepaid deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your appointment entirely.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy:

• If you wish to reschedule your appointment, your prepaid deposit will transfer to the new appointment date.

• To ensure availability, we ask that you contact us to reschedule at least 24 hours before your original appointment.

Late Policy:

• Communication is key: If you anticipate being late contact us as soon as possible to inform us. We will do our best to accommodate you if time permits. 

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, based on the availability we may need to reschedule your service or shorten the duration of your appointment in order to not disturb the appointments of other clients.
